We operate out of Pune, specifically at Rakshalekha Society on Sinhgad Road. Our office is a bit unique because we are based at B-2/3, care of Mr. Spjoshi. It is a quiet residential neighborhood in Dattawadi, which makes for a peaceful work environment compared to the city center. Most of us live nearby or commute along the busy Sinhgad Road. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. It’s not a massive corporate park with security guards at every gate. It’s a more personal space. We have our desks set up and we spend our hours focusing on the engineering and automation work we do. Pune is a great city for this kind of thing, and being in a society like Rakshalekha makes it feel more like a community. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. The office is practical. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. We just need a good internet connection and some space to think. Mr. Spjoshi’s place has served us well. We’ve grown a bit, but we’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. Getting lunch is easy since there are plenty of small eateries around Dattawadi. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have many meetings that aren't necessary. Mostly we just get on with the day’s work and head home when the sun goes down.
