Our office is situated at 25/2 Hingne, right on Sinhgad Road in Pune. If you know Pune, you know Sinhgad Road is one of those places that is always moving, especially with all the traffic. We’ve been here at the -51 zip code area for a while, working as manpower consultants. Basically, that means we spend our time connecting people who need jobs with companies that need workers. It sounds simple, but there’s a lot of talking and sorting through names and skills. The office is a straightforward space. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of chairs for people who come in for interviews or to drop off their details. It can get a bit loud because of the road outside, but we’re used to it by now. We don't put on any acts here. When people come in, we just talk to them honestly about what is available and what they can do. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at screens, trying to find the right match for a position. We have a small team, and we all just pitch in where needed. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a solid office on a busy street where we do our bit to help people find work and help companies find staff.
