Working in Wanwadi is pretty nice compared to the more crowded parts of Pune. Our office, Grvaityhr, is in Oxford Blues, T-6/24, right by ABC Farms. It’s a quiet enough area where you can actually hear yourself think. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computers. We do recruitment, which basically means we talk to a lot of people who are looking for a change in their lives. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out who would fit where. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and coffee mugs. We have a small team, and we’ve worked together for a long time now. Sometimes we have bad days where nobody seems to want the jobs we have, and other days everything just clicks. We like the location because there are good places to walk around when the stress gets too much. We aren't a giant agency with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people in a flat-turned-office trying to help people find work. We don't use fancy jargon or pretend to be more than we are. If you call us, you’ll talk to a real person, not a machine. We just do our best to match folks up and keep the wheels turning. It’s a simple business but it keeps us on our toes all day.
