Greenyuva Agrotech Private Limited is located out in Ghodegaon, specifically in the Chincholi area. This is a proper rural spot in the Pune district, far away from the malls and the heavy city traffic. We are right there at the post office area, so everyone in the village knows where we are. Working in Ghodegaon means we are right in the thick of it when it comes to agriculture. You can see the fields from just a short walk away. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about seeds, soil, and whatever else the season brings. We don't have fancy air conditioning or glass partitions. Most of the time, the windows are open and you can hear the birds and the occasional tractor passing by. It’s a very honest way to work. We spend our days meeting with local farmers and discussing how to improve things. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit difficult to navigate, but we are used to that. Being a private limited company in a small place like Chincholi has its challenges, but it also means we are very close to the people we work with. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We appreciate the slow pace of life here, even when the work itself gets pretty demanding during the harvest or planting seasons.
