You can find us over at 444, New Mangalwar Peth, inside the Shanti Shraddha Apartment. This part of Pune has a very old-school feel to it. It’s not like the new IT parks with all the glass and steel. Greenfields Management & Placement Consultants has been operating from here for a bit now. Our office in the apartment building is basically a few rooms filled with filing cabinets and desks. Since we do placement work, there are always people coming in for interviews or just to drop off their resumes. The phone rings a lot, and there is usually a lot of talking going on. Mangalwar Peth is a crowded area, so finding a place to park can be a real headache some days. The apartment itself is a regular residential-style building, which makes the office feel more like a home than a corporate space. We have a small area where people can sit and wait, but it’s nothing fancy. We use simple wooden chairs and basic desks. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some notices. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the activity on the street outside, but we don't mind it much. It’s just the way life is in this part of the city. We just stay focused on matching people with jobs and keeping our records straight without any unnecessary complications.
