Greenfields Management and Consultants is based in Pune. You can find us at Lane Number 3 in Gajanan Nagar. We are tucked right behind the Marivanius English School. It is a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the main roads. Being near a school means we hear the bell ring and kids playing at certain times of the day, which actually makes the office feel a bit more lively. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few rooms set up for our consulting work. There are plenty of bookshelves and some old wooden desks that have been with us for years. We don't really do the whole modern minimalist thing. It’s more about having a comfortable place to sit and think. Gajanan Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and Lane 3 is easy enough to navigate. We often walk over to the local shops for stationery or snacks. Most of our day is spent in meetings or writing up reports. The walls have a few calendars and maps pinned up. It’s the kind of place where the tea is always hot and someone is usually complaining about the heat or the rain. We like it here because it is away from the heavy traffic of central Pune. It’s a solid, honest workplace where we just get on with our consulting tasks without much fuss.
