Being so close to the depot means there is always a lot of activity and buses moving around. It is a very lively part of the city to work in. Our office is basically a flat that we have set up for our business. It is a small space but it has everything we need to stay busy. We have a few desks and some cupboards where we keep all our records. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign. It is just a regular door in a regular building. We’ve been in Kothrud for quite a while now and we like the convenience of the location. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch or a cup of tea. We don't have a big corporate structure with different departments. We all just muck in and do whatever is needed on any given day. It is a very informal atmosphere but we still get our work done on time. We don't use any complicated business jargon when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is and hope for the best. It is a practical and straightforward way to run a company. We are just happy to be part of the local Pune business community.
