Great Searchstaffing & Management Pvt Ltd. is our company. We are located at Flat No 201, Bld No 6, which is in the Vedvihar Society. This is near Chandani Chawak in the Kothryd area of Pune. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic near Chandani Chowk can be a real nightmare during rush hour. Our office is inside a residential society, so it’s pretty quiet and doesn't feel like a cold business park. We handle staffing and management work from our flat. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just come in, sit at our desks, and start working on the files. We help people find work and help companies manage their staff better. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We like being in Kothrud. There are good places to get lunch nearby. We don't use any fancy talk about our services. We just do the work that needs doing. If you need someone for a role or need help with management, we just see what we can do. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help out the local businesses and workers who come to us. That is basically what we do every day.
