Our location is at B1/13 in Anand Nagar, right on Sinhgad Road here in Pune. We are Great Search Staffing and Management. Being on Sinhgad Road means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about. Our office is in more of a residential-style building, which gives it a bit of a homey feel compared to a big office block. We handle staffing work, so we are constantly on the phone or checking our emails for new applicants. We have a small team, and we all sit quite close to each other. It’s a busy little office. We have a lot of cupboards filled with old files and records from years of work. The lighting isn't the best, so we keep the big tube lights on all day. We have a small table where we sit to eat our lunch together. It’s a simple, honest way of working. We don't have any big marketing displays or posters. Just a small nameplate outside. People sometimes find it hard to park their scooters nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local shops well. It’s a functional space that works for us. We just go through the resumes, make the calls, and try to keep everything moving. There’s always something to do, and we just take it one day at a time without worrying about being fancy.
