Great Search Staffing & Management Systems Pvt Ltd is located over at Swaroop Colony in the Hingne Khurd area of Pune. Our office is actually in Flat No 5 on Plot No 22, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business environment. Hingne Khurd is an interesting part of town with its own local rhythm, away from the huge IT parks. Being in a colony means it is relatively quiet, though you still hear the occasional neighbor or a passing bike. We handle a lot of staffing and management work from our desks here. The space is a bit tight with all the computers and filing cabinets, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just gets the door when someone knocks. The walk to the main road takes a few minutes if you need to catch a bus or grab some snacks. We mostly focus on sorting through applications and trying to figure out where people fit best. It is a lot of staring at spreadsheets and taking notes on pads of paper. We have a small pantry area for making coffee, which is pretty essential on Monday mornings. It is just a straightforward place where we show up and do our jobs without any unnecessary complications or drama.
