Our office is on Pune Satara Road in the Natubag area. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We are Great Search Staffing and Management. We spend our time looking for people to fill jobs and talking to companies that are hiring. The office is a basic room with several desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We have stacks of resumes everywhere because we still like to keep paper copies of things. It feels more real that way. We aren't a big, polished corporation with fancy suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the work. The fans hum all day to keep us cool. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews, so we have a few extra chairs set up by the door. It’s a simple setup. We usually get our tea from the guy at the corner. We’ve been in Natubag for a while and we like being on this side of Pune. The commute is easy for most of the staff. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and some phone numbers scribbled on sticky notes. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just try to keep up with the emails and phone calls that come in every day. Sometimes it’s slow, and sometimes we are running around like crazy trying to find the right person for a role.
