Gravityhr

Gravityhr operates out of Kalpadrum Banglow, which is on Plot No. 12 in Panduranga Colony. It is a nice, quiet spot in the Erandwane area of Pune. Since we are based in a bungalow, it doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate office at all. There is a bit of a garden outside and it is generally peaceful, which really helps when we are trying to focus on HR work. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people about their careers on the phone. It is a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the whole day. Pune is a big city, but Erandwane has a much more relaxed pace than the city center. We have set up our desks in a way that makes sense for the space we have available. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a delivery person, but we are always ready for meetings too. It is a small team working here. We don't have a massive HR department like the big multinational firms you see on the news. Instead, we just handle all the work ourselves. Usually, there is some music playing softly in the background while we sort through the files. We have been at this location for a bit now, and the neighbors all know who we are. It is a practical way to run a business. We don't need a skyscraper to get people hired for jobs. Just a phone and internet connection.
