We run Gratify Mgmt Solution from our office in New Sanghawi, Pune. You can find us at Flat No 402 in the A Wing of Shitole Empire. It’s a pretty tall building for this area, so it’s easy to find. We chose New Sanghawi because it’s a growing part of the city but still feels like a real neighborhood. Our work involves management solutions, which basically means we help other businesses stay organized. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a tight-knit group of us working out of this flat. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the folders and equipment, but we manage. The view from the fourth floor is actually quite good; you can see a lot of the local rooftops and the street life below. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that's updated every day. Most of our clients come through word of mouth or people just looking for help in the local area. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons in meetings. It’s a very standard routine. We like that we can just step out and be in the middle of a busy market in minutes. It keeps us connected to what's happening on the ground. We just try to be helpful and honest with everyone we work with while we keep the office running.
