Over in Purandar, specifically in the village of Bopgaon, life revolves around the seasons. Gramvikas Krushishakti Producer Company Limited is situated at G.No. 150, which is where Shri Vitthal Dattatray Fadtare lives. We are all about "Gramvikas," which means village development, but we don't treat it like a big project. It’s just what we do every day. We look at the land and see how we can make it better. The Purandar area has its own challenges, especially with the hills and the way the water flows. We spend a lot of time walking the fields and checking on the crops. It’s not a polished business with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find Vitthal or one of the others out back near the shed. We deal with the realities of farming, like bad seeds or a dry spell that lasts too long. Our English isn't perfect, and our records are kept in simple notebooks. We just want the village to do well so everyone can have a decent life. It’s a quiet life in Bopgaon, away from the noise of the bigger towns. We work with our hands and hope for a good harvest every year. There’s always work to be done, whether it’s weeding or fixing the old tractor that seems to quit every other Tuesday.
