We aren't a huge outfit, just a local group of farmers trying to stay organized. Being in Pune district gives us a decent connection to the markets, but we still spend the majority of our time in the dirt and under the sun. Girawali is home to us. It’s where our families have lived for a long time. We don't use any fancy business talk because that isn't who we are. We just want to get our work done and maybe help each other out along the way. We mostly just talk face-to-face and decide what needs to be planted or sold. The weather can be unpredictable, and sometimes the prices aren't what we hope for, but we stay at it.
