Working out of CWPRS Colony in Khadakwasla is pretty quiet most days. We are located at C 34, which isn't too hard to find if you know the Sinhagad Road area well enough. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center of Pune, but the air is a lot clearer here near the water. The office itself is quite plain. We spend most of our time dealing with files and the usual paperwork that comes with being part of the Govt Of India. People think it's all very official, but mostly it is just us sitting at desks and making sure the records are kept straight. The mornings usually start with a cup of tea from the small stall nearby. We have been here for a while now, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves the purpose. It’s a functional space where we get the work done without much fuss. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we just wait it out or talk about what’s for lunch. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture or anything like that. We have wooden cupboards and old fans that hum while we work. It’s just a normal workplace for regular people doing their jobs in this part of Pune. We don’t really do much in the way of events or anything, just the daily routine of coming in and going home.
