We spend most of our time here at the Grafficon Arcade, right by Magazine Corner. It gets pretty busy around Sassoon Road, especially in the afternoons. Most days involve us sitting behind the counter looking at monitors or trying to figure out why a machine isn't booting up. We’ve been at this spot in Bhosari for a while now. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where you’ll find stacks of keyboards and old cables lying around in corners. My coffee usually goes cold before I get to finish it because someone walks in with a laptop that has a broken screen. That’s just how it goes. Sometimes the Alandi Road traffic makes it hard for people to find parking, so we end up chatting with customers while they wait for a spot to open up. We know the neighbors and the people who walk past every morning. It’s a tight space with plenty of dust from the road outside, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us here trying to keep things running. When the power goes out, we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. If you’re looking for the place, look for the big sign near the arcade entrance. We try to keep things simple and just handle the work as it comes in.
