Good Land Barons Agronomy Private

Good Land Barons Agronomy Private is run out of Flat 101 in the D-6 building of Kunal Icon. It’s a residential society in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s a nice area, quite a bit of traffic though during the rush hours. The society is big, so finding D-6 can take a minute if you haven’t been here before. We work on agronomy stuff right from this flat. It’s not a big industrial warehouse or a glass office building. It’s just a regular room where we keep our papers and do our planning. Most of our days are spent talking to people and managing the agronomy side of things. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something happening outside. We like being in this part of Pune. It’s convenient for us. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don’t mind. We aren’t trying to be some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, focusing on the work at hand. The address is 126/1/1A, which is the survey number for this part of the Kunal Icon complex. We keep our overheads low by working this way. It’s practical and it works for what we do. We don’t have fancy receptionists or coffee machines. Just desks and the work we do every day. It’s a straightforward way to run things from a flat in Pune.
