Goldmine Advertising Limited is located in the Swargate area. Our specific address is 238/239 inside the Patel Industrial Estate. We are up on the 2nd Floor of Patil Plaza. If you are coming from the main part of town, we are quite near Mitramandal Chowk. This is a very active industrial and commercial zone. Being in Patel Industrial Estate means there are always trucks and deliveries going on around us. Patil Plaza is where we have our office setup. It is a functional building, made for work, not for showing off. We have two units, 238 and 239, joined together. The 2nd floor gets a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the Pune heat. Swargate is such a central hub that it makes sense for us to be here. You have the bus stand nearby and all the traffic coming through Mitramandal Chowk. It can be loud, but we are used to the sound of the city by now. We spend our hours here working on different advertising projects for various clients. The office is not full of fancy modern art, it is just full of desks and papers and people working. It is an honest place to do business. Most of our neighbors in the estate are also busy with their own trades. It feels like a place where things actually get made and done. We stay focused on the work we have at hand every single day.
