Golden Career Hr Solutions, Placement & Training is situated in Ramwadi, specifically in the Adarshnagar area of Pune. We spend our time helping folks find work and teaching them the skills they need to actually get hired. It's a small place, nothing too fancy. We have a few rooms for training and a desk where we look through resumes. A lot of people come to us when they are out of a job or looking to change what they do. It can be a bit stressful for them, so we just try to keep things calm and helpful. We aren't some big corporate headhunter; we are just local people trying to help other locals get their careers on track. Some days we have classes going on, and other days it’s just one-on-one talks about what kind of job someone is looking for. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are young and just starting out, others have been working for decades. We do the placement side too, talking to companies to see who they need to hire. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of who is looking for what. Ramwadi is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to reach. We just keep doing our thing, helping people with their resumes and training them up for whatever comes next. It’s simple, necessary work.
