Golden-Bee Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at H.N. 102 in Bivari, which is part of the Haveli taluka in Pune district. We chose the name because we liked the idea of working together like bees do, even if our day-to-day work is a bit more grounded. Most of us are just local farmers who have lived in the Pune area for a long time. We don't have a big fancy headquarters. Instead, we work from this house in Bivari to keep our overhead low and stay close to the actual farms. It makes sense for us to be right here where the action is. Farming in Haveli has its own set of challenges, especially as the city gets closer, but we try to stick to what we know. We spend our time checking on the crops and meeting up to discuss how we can get our goods to the people who need them. It's not a complicated setup. We have our meetings, we decide what needs to be done, and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the paperwork is a headache, but it's worth it to have our own company. We are just a group of friends and neighbors trying to make a living from the land. There are no corporate speeches here, just regular talk about what's growing and what's not. We are proud of what we do and how we help each other out in the village every single day.
