This place is tucked into Nilkamal Society over at Plot No 7. It’s in Karve Nagar, specifically near Hingne Budrukh. It is a bit quieter back here compared to the noisy main roads. We have been using this space for a while now. The building isn't exactly new, so you might notice a few cracks in the plaster or some peeling paint here and there. We don't mind it much. The walk from the main gate of the society is short and easy to find. Sometimes the neighbors are out washing their cars or just talking on their porches. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have enough chairs and some old wooden tables that we’ve moved around a dozen times. The lighting is okay, though we had to change the tubes last month to make it a bit brighter in the back corner. Students usually park their cycles outside against the wall in a messy line. It gets a bit crowded during the exam months when everyone shows up at once. We try to keep things organized, but books always end up piling up on the side desks. There's a small window that lets in some air, which is good because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. It feels more like a house than a formal office, which is probably because of the residential location. We just open up the shutters every morning and start. It is a straightforward setup with no bells and whistles.
