Our office is tucked away in Ashish Apartment, over in Sahakar Nagar No 2. Specifically, we're in the Kohinoor Colony area of Pune 411009. We’ve been operating from this 88 1 address for a good while now. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical high-pressure business zone. We work on various property and group projects from this location. Most of the time, we’re busy looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The office isn't very big, and we’ve had to be creative with how we store all our files and samples. It feels more like a small family-run place than a massive corporation. We have tea together in the afternoons and discuss what needs to get done next. The walk from the main road to the apartment is nice, though parking can be a bit of a struggle for visitors. We don't have any flashy billboards or anything. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s a bit of a slower pace here in Sahakar Nagar compared to the center of Pune, and we like it that way. It gives us time to actually think about what we’re doing. It’s just a regular group of people working out of a regular apartment building to get things built. We've gotten to know the neighbors well over the years and it's a nice community.
