We are based out in Retwadi, which is in the Khed Taluka area of Rajgurunagar. It’s quite a distance from the main Pune city, but that’s where our roots are. Being in the 410505 district means we are surrounded by a more quiet, rural setting compared to the big IT hubs. Our management office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional building where we handle all the administrative work and coordination for our clients. We deal with various management tasks that keep us busy from morning until evening. Living and working in Rajgurunagar has its own pace. It’s not as fast as the city, but there’s still plenty to do. We usually start our day early. The office is often filled with the smell of tea and the sound of people talking over the phone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We’ve been in this A P Retwadi location for a long time, and the locals know us. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the paperwork is correct and the management side of things is running as it should. It’s just us, working in a quiet part of Pune, trying to keep everything in order for those who rely on us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just wait it out.
