Even though the name mentions Aundh, we are right there in the middle of all the Baner growth. Royal Empress is a decent building, and being in a flat means we have a bit more privacy than a big shared office space. The view from our window shows a lot of new construction happening nearby, which is just how Pune is these days. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of tangled wires. It is a bit messy sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and papers are everywhere. We don’t have a fancy board room, so we usually just gather around one of the larger tables if we need to discuss a problem. The kitchen area is where we keep our lunch boxes and the electric kettle for tea. It is a regular part of our day to hear the traffic building up on the road outside as the evening approaches. Baner has become so busy lately that finding a good parking spot can be a real headache for anyone coming to visit us. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things moving.
