Globalfresh Farmer Producer Companylimited

We are located over at H No 75 in Hivaretal, which is in the Junnar part of Pune district. It is just a group of us who got together to handle the farming stuff better. Most days we are out in the fields or dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a producer company. It gets busy during the harvest time and that is when everyone is around the office here in Junnar. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we meet up. The weather here in Pune district dictates most of what we do every week. Some people think it's easy but there is a lot of coordination needed between all the farmers involved. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the produce where it needs to go without too much fuss. It started because we wanted to have more control over what happens after the crops are picked. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule but we just deal with it as it comes. You can usually find someone here at the house in Hivaretal if there is something to discuss about the season. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just local folks working together on the land we have. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially when the sun is out. That's pretty much how it goes for us.
