We are over in Pune, working under the name Global Transformation Technologies. The city is a hub for this kind of stuff, so it felt right to set up here. Our space is pretty basic, honestly. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a small area for lunch. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to solve problems. Since we are in Pune, the weather can be a bit unpredictable, but we stay inside and focus on the tasks. We’ve got a small group of people here who know their way around technology. We don’t really do big meetings or have those long corporate speeches. Usually, we just talk across the desks if something needs fixing. It’s a bit informal, but that’s how we prefer to work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky or frustrating. We aren’t trying to change the whole world or anything like that; we just want to get our specific jobs done right. People around here are hardworking, and we fit right in with that. The office is often quiet during the day because everyone is focused. It’s a practical way to spend the work week, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city around us and the noise outside.
