We are based out in Pirangut, specifically near Bhosarigoan Village. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city. We handle industrial services and placements. This means we deal with factories and workers. It’s a lot of coordination. The air out here is a bit better than in the city center. Our office is simple, just what we need to get the job done. We’ve got some desks and a lot of registers. We talk to factory managers every day. They need people, and we find them. It's practical work. We don't wear suits here. It’s mostly jeans and shirts because we are always going to the plants. Kasar Amboli is a growing area. Lots of new sheds going up. We’ve seen the change over the last ten years. We aren't a huge global company, despite the name. We just focus on the industries around here. It’s tough sometimes when the economy slows down. But people always need workers. We try to be fair to everyone. No big speeches or mission statements. We just match the person to the machine. That’s the whole story. We keep some tea and biscuits for visitors. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. The traffic on the way to the 679 area can be a pain, but you get used to it. We just do our thing every day without much fuss.
