Gizmo Tecno

Gizmo Tecno is tucked away at House No. 2 in Renuka Nagar, specifically down Lane 3. If you are driving around and see the Shell Petrol Pump, you are basically right there. The shop is part of a house, so it has a very different feel than a mall or a big commercial building. We have tools and electronic parts scattered across the main workbench where we spend most of our time. It’s the kind of place where there are always some wires hanging out or a device pulled apart while we try to figure out what’s wrong with it. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but you can hear the hum of the petrol pump traffic nearby. We get a lot of people from the local lanes dropping by with broken gadgets or asking for some specific cable they can't find anywhere else. The lighting inside is quite bright so we can see the small screws and circuits we work on. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have too many items waiting for repair, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the work we do on the bench every day. It’s a bit messy with boxes of old components in the corners, but that is just how it is when you fix things for a living. We usually keep a radio playing in the background to pass the time while we are soldering or testing connections.
