Gitesh Agro Producer Company Limited

Our office is at house number 18/93/22 in the Gurukul Shishakcolony in Ambad. It’s a bit of a change from being out in the open fields, but we need a place to keep our papers and meet up. Gitesh Agro Producer Company Limited is made up of people who know the soil around here very well. Ambad is our home, and we’ve been working these lands for a long time. We aren't a big firm with lots of employees. It’s just us, the farmers. We decided to get together to see if we could buy things like seeds and fertilizer in bulk to save some money. It's hard to make a profit when everything you buy costs so much and everything you sell goes for so little. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just practical people looking for a way to stay in business. Sometimes the meetings are a bit chaotic because everyone has their own opinion on what we should do next. But we usually figure it out over some tea. It's a lot of trial and error with the company side of things. We just want to make sure that we can keep farming and that our kids have a reason to stay here too. It’s honest work, and we don’t mind the long hours most of the time.
