Girish Gift House

Girish Gift House is my shop over at 1009/2, Anant Apartment. We are situated on the 3rd Main in the Kge Layout part of Shivaji Nagar. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main market, but we like it that way. The space inside is cozy, and I’ve filled it with all kinds of gift items I think people might like. You’ll find things like vases, wall hangings, and small trinkets. I’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for years, and opening this place at Anant Apartment felt like a good move. Most of our visitors are neighbors who live in the same block or nearby in Kge Layout. They come in looking for something simple for a friend. I spend a lot of time talking to them while they browse. It’s just me running the show most days, so if the door is locked for ten minutes, I’m probably just grabbing a snack or some tea. The shelves are made of wood and I’ve painted them myself a few times. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where things are kept where they fit. I try to keep the front window looking nice so people passing by on the 3rd Main might see something they like. The inventory changes depending on what I can get from the wholesalers. It’s a steady life, keeping the shop open and making sure the local folks have a place nearby to buy gifts.
