Ghanvatpatil Farmer Producer Companylimited is based in Sant Dnyaneshwar Nagar. That is in Chittegaon, which is part of Paithan in Aurangabad. We are just a group of farmers who live and work around here. Most of us have known each other for years, growing the same kinds of crops on our land. We set this up because individual farmers often get overlooked. When we work together as a company, it feels a bit more solid. The office is right there in the Nagar, but you will not find us sitting there all day. There is too much to do outside. Whether it is looking after the crops or moving supplies, someone is always busy. The area around Chittegaon is busy, and we are just a small part of it. We do not use any big words or have a grand plan. We just want to get through each season and hope the market is kind to us. Sometimes the price of seeds goes up too much, or the harvest is not as big as we wanted. That is just the way it goes. We talk to each other about these things and try to find a way forward. It is a practical arrangement. Being a farmer in Aurangabad means dealing with the heat and the dry spells. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
