Genius Consultants Ltd

Genius Consultants Ltd is tucked away in the Tejalkunj building over in Kothrud, Pune. If you know the area, you know how busy the roads get around here, but once you get inside A 2, it’s a bit quieter. We have been working out of this office for a good while now. It is a pretty standard setup with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area where we have our tea. There are a handful of us here most days, just getting through the consulting work that comes our way. It’s not a fancy corporate glass building or anything like that. It feels more like a local workplace where everyone knows each other’s names. We usually start around nine or so, and the mornings are mostly spent on emails and phone calls. Kothrud has changed a lot since we first started, with more shops and cafes popping up nearby, but our little corner in Tejalkunj stays mostly the same. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, but we just manage like everyone else in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some giant global firm; we just focus on the tasks on our desks. People from around Pune stop by occasionally, and we try to help them out with whatever consulting needs they have brought to us. It is just a regular office life for us here in Pune 29.
