You can find us at number 45 in Panmala, right off Sinhgadh Road in Pune. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, and the road outside is almost always full of traffic and people heading somewhere. Here at Genesis Inscapes Pvt. Ltd., we have a fairly simple setup. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it’s become our second home in many ways. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the actual work happens. We have our desks, some drawing boards, and a lot of folders scattered around. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We don't really go for the whole polished corporate look. We’d rather just have a place where we can be comfortable and focus on the projects we have in front of us. The area around Panmala has a lot of little shops and places to grab a quick snack, which is handy when we are working through lunch. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our deadlines. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment here. We show up in the morning, get our tasks sorted out, and stay until the job is done. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and being on Sinhgadh Road keeps us right in the middle of everything.
