We are located in the Deccan Gymkhana area of Pune, specifically in Aurovil Society, building number 3. This part of the city has a lot of history and it’s actually quite a nice place to work because of the old trees and the quiet lanes. Our office is more like a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got high ceilings and those old-style windows that let in a lot of light in the mornings. We are a small team, so it never feels too crowded, even when we have a few visitors. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks doing coordination work and handling the syndicate’s business. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air or have a quick lunch. You can hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the honking of the main city roads. We have some bookshelves that are overflowing with old records and files that we probably should have archived years ago. It’s a very relaxed environment, almost like being at someone’s house. We don't wear suits or anything like that, just casual clothes that are comfortable for a long day. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main gate of the society. It’s a simple life here in Pune, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable in this little corner of Deccan.
