We are based out of House No 76/90/1 in Cidco N-2, right here in Aurangabad. Gavkrishi Agritech Farmers Producer Company Limited is just a group of us coming together to handle our farming work better. Most days we are out in the fields or meeting up at the office to figure out the next steps for the season. It isn't a fancy setup. We just wanted a way to manage the crops and the tech side of things without getting lost in the shuffle. Aurangabad has its challenges with the weather and the water, so being a collective helps us stay afloat. The office is usually busy with people dropping by to talk about seeds or what the market looks like this week. We don't have a big team of office workers, just local folks who know the soil. Living and working in Cidco means we are close to the main hubs, which makes transporting stuff a bit easier. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the harvest hits all at once, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been around the area for a while, and setting this company up was just the next logical step for our small group. It’s mostly about making sure the work gets done and the produce goes where it needs to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around a plastic table planning. That's just how it is here.
