Gallagher Offshore Support Services Private Limited is based out of the Kumar Suraksha building in Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat 202 of the Cosmos section. Kondhwa is a busy part of the city, and the streets around here are always full of scooters and cars zig-zagging around. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it has a very lived-in, comfortable feeling rather than a cold corporate atmosphere. You won’t find any marble lobbies or fancy receptionists here. It’s just a group of us sitting at our desks, handling support tasks and staying busy. The building has been around for a bit, and we know the security guards and some of the other people in the neighboring flats. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a festival or just general street noise from Pune life, but we don't mind it much. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby, as there are plenty of small eateries in Kondhwa. The flat itself is a good size for what we need, with enough room for our computers and files. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big showy headquarters. We just focus on the offshore support work that needs to happen every day. It’s practical and straightforward. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the second floor. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping the gears turning for the business without making any big fuss.
