Galani Fashions

Galani Fashions is located in Galani Towers, right there at the K.K. Wholesale Market on Satara Road. Being in a wholesale market means it’s always chaotic outside. There are trucks loading and unloading at all hours, and people shouting about prices. We’re used to it by now. Inside the tower, it’s a bit more contained, but the energy of the market still follows us up. We handle a lot of volume here. Our space is packed with rolls of cloth and finished sets ready for the market. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we don't say it. We know the neighbors and the guys downstairs. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we've been here and people know where to find us. The stairs are often blocked by bundles, so we usually just squeeze past. Satara Road is a main artery, so getting things in and out is pretty straightforward once you navigate the traffic. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the orders are filled and the quality is what it should be. It’s hard work and the days are long, but that’s the wholesale business for you. We just keep our heads down and stay busy from morning until evening. We’ve been at this tower for years and we’ve seen the market change, but we stay the same.
