Our company is Gaikwadpatil Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based in a small village called Rohila, which is part of the Kannad taluka in Aurangabad. You can find us at Balasaheb Namdev Gaikwad's place, house number 45. It’s right there after you pass Jehur. We aren't some big city firm with shiny windows and desks. We are just a group of local farmers who felt it was finally time to organize a bit better. Mostly, we spend our days worrying about the crops and the condition of the soil. It's a lot of manual labor and figuring things out as we go along. We don't use any fancy scripts or have big presentations for anyone. When we meet up at house 45, it’s usually to talk about the harvest or what we need to buy for the next planting season. Being in Rohila means we are a bit far out from the main city, but that’s where the land is. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible. If something needs doing, we just get together and do it. It’s not a complicated setup. We have our name on the paperwork, but we’re just neighbors who have known each other for years.
