Gabbar Agrotech Private Limited operates out of the Pune district. Our main place is at Milkat No 559, which is located at Perne Phata in the Haveli taluka. It’s a decent area and easy enough to reach if you’re coming from the city or the nearby villages. We are basically a small team focused on the agrotech side of things. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s more about a few of us trying to use technology to make farming a bit more efficient for people in this part of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of our time out in the field seeing how things are actually working. Our office at Perne Phata is where we do the planning and keep our records. It’s a simple setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big presentations. We just look at the problems farmers are having and see if there’s a technical way to help out. Being in Pune gives us a good base since there are a lot of resources around. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the local conditions pretty well. The work is constant, and there’s always something new to learn or a problem to solve. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not glamorous, but we like the work and the people we deal with every day.
