Future Secure Jobs

Future Secure Jobs is based in the Rohan Tapovan building. We are in Flat Number 102, which is in the D Building. This is right on Senapati Bapat Road, so it is a very central place to be in Pune. Working out of a flat gives it a bit of a different feel than a big commercial tower. It is a bit more relaxed, but we still work hard. People come in all the time looking for advice on their careers or trying to find a new role. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and making calls. The building is usually quite busy with residents and other small offices. SB Road is always moving, so there is plenty of energy around. We started this because we knew how hard it can be for people to find the right path. It is just a few of us here. We keep the kettle going and try to stay on top of the applications. There is no big corporate hierarchy here at Future Secure Jobs. If a problem comes up, we just talk it out and fix it. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes. It is a very practical setup. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of folders. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. It is just a normal office life.
