You can find us at Prafulla Society in the Akurdi area of Pune. Our office is inside Flat No 30, so it’s a small, cozy space where we get our logic work done. Akurdi is a busy part of the city with a lot of industries and colleges around, but our little society stays relatively calm. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some computers. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything fancy. Usually, we just come in, do what needs to be done for the projects, and then head home. The 411035 area has grown quite a bit recently, so there are more food options nearby than there used to be. Working out of a flat makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a big break room, just a kettle and some biscuits in the kitchen area. It’s a modest way to run a business but it works for us. Most of the people here have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. It's just a small group of people trying to do honest work in a regular Pune neighborhood. We often keep the windows open for some fresh air, though the street noise can be loud. It’s just how we operate day to day without any special or complicated corporate rules.
