Frost It Up Bakery Private Limited

We are located over at Dhanashree Society in Erandawne. Specifically, it's 17/3 Kimaya, if you’re looking for the exact door. Running Frost It Up Bakery is a lot of early mornings and flour on our clothes. Most days, I’m up before the sun even hits Pune City, getting things ready. It’s a small operation, really. We just wanted to make stuff that tastes like someone actually cared while making it. The society is usually quiet until the afternoon, then it picks up. We’ve got a couple of ovens going and it gets quite warm in the back. Sometimes the icing doesn’t set quite right because of the humidity here in Maharashtra, so we have to start over. It’s frustrating but that is part of the job. We don’t have some big factory, just our kitchen space where we try out different recipes. People from the neighborhood stop by, and we know most of them by name now. It isn't a polished corporate setup at all. We have racks of cooling cakes and bags of sugar sitting around. If you walk down the street near our place, you can usually smell the baking. It’s just us here, doing our thing day after day. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just bake and hope people find something they like. It’s a simple life but we enjoy it and wouldn't change the routine.
