Our office is tucked away in Pune, Maharashtra, specifically in the 411021 area. It’s a decent place to work, and the commute isn’t too bad most days unless the rain really starts coming down and floods the streets. Friday Consulting Pvt Ltd started because we saw a lot of businesses in Pune needing an extra hand with their planning and overhead. We aren't some big multinational with a lobby full of statues. It’s just a few rooms where we handle the consulting work. We chose this spot because it's central enough for our clients but also quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. Most of the time, the office is just the sound of keyboards and the occasional tea break. We spend our mornings looking at spreadsheets and our afternoons in meetings that sometimes go a bit longer than they should. People ask about the name sometimes, but we just liked how it sounded. It feels a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate name. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do. There’s no big hierarchy or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see us heading out for lunch at one of the local spots. It’s a good way to stay connected to the city while we do our daily work.
