You can find Freemind Manpower Services Inc at 192-A Fort Santiago in Bago Bantay, Quezon City. We are located in a residential part of the city, so the office is basically a house that we’ve repurposed. It gives the whole place a very different feel than a downtown office block. You can hear the neighbor's dogs or the sound of someone cooking nearby. Our space is filled with desks and tall filing cabinets because we deal with a lot of records every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in the office at once, but we don't mind it much. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and eat our lunch. The 1105 area is where we’ve been for a while now, and we like the community. We don't have a receptionist at a front desk. Most of the time, we’re all just busy with our own tasks. If the bell rings, someone just hops up to see who it is. The walls have a few calendars and notes pinned up, but not much else in terms of decoration. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We just try to keep everything moving forward and stay on top of the paperwork. Quezon City can be a loud and busy place, but our little spot on Fort Santiago feels like a solid home base for the work we do.
