Franco Indian Phrmaceutical Pvt Ltd is located in Kothrud. We are specifically over at Shriniwas Nagar D3 in the Mahatma Society. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is a very active area. Our office is part of the society so it feels very much like a neighborhood spot. There are lots of trees around which is nice when it gets hot in the afternoon. We have been operating from this Pune location for a long time. The office has a lot of medicine samples and boxes piled up in the corners. We aren't a big hospital or anything, just the office side of things. There is a rhythm to the day here. The mail arrives at noon and we usually take our lunch breaks together in the small back room. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs squeak a little when you move. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding different pharma products. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is very quiet. We have a small porch where some of us stand to talk during breaks. Mahatma Society is a quiet residential place so we try not to make too much noise. Getting here in the morning is okay if you beat the main traffic on the highway. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
