Our office is tucked away in the Rolling Hills Apartments, specifically in Phase II, C-302. We’re right behind the Symantec building on the Baner-Pashan Link Road. It’s a busy part of Pune because of all the tech companies nearby, but our building is a bit more residential and quiet. We spend our time searching for people to fill executive roles. It’s a lot of online searching, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of reading between the lines on CVs. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy. Most people find us because they’re looking for a specific kind of help with their hiring needs. It’s just us in the apartment, working through our lists and trying to match the right person with the right company. It can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. The traffic on the link road can be a real nightmare during rush hour, so we’re glad we have this steady spot to work from. We aren't high-flying consultants with expensive suits. We’re just regular people who know how to find other people. It’s a straightforward business when you get down to it. We’ve been here in Baner for a while and we like the balance of being near the big corporate offices while staying in a regular apartment building. It keeps us grounded and focused on the actual work we have to finish by the end of the day.
