It’s more of a residential area than a commercial hub, which we actually quite like. It stays relatively quiet during the day so we can focus on our software work. The office is basically a converted space within the society. It’s not like those big tech parks you see in other parts of Pune. We’re just a small group of people working together in a humble setting. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit for a break. It feels very grounded here. We don't have a HR department or a big marketing team, just the folks who do the actual work. Sometimes the neighbors come by or we see the kids playing in the society grounds. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the peaceful environment makes it worth it. We’ve got our servers and our workstations set up, and that’s about it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want a comfortable place to sit and code or solve problems. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We’ve been in Rupeenagar for a while now and it feels like the right place for us to be. It’s homey.
