First Degrees Executive Search Pvt Ltd is based in Pune. We work out of unit D2 402 in the Brahma Sun City complex in Wadgaonsheri. It is a large residential society, so it doesn't really feel like a typical office environment. We have a view of the other buildings from our window on the fourth floor. The atmosphere is generally quiet, which helps because we spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone. Our job is basically looking for the right people to fill executive roles, so there is a lot of searching through databases and making lists. We have a small table for meetings and a few computers that are always running. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is heading out. We’ve been here in Pune 14 for a while and we like the location. It’s convenient for getting to other parts of the city if we need to meet someone in person. We don't have a big HR department of our own; it’s just us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized with notebooks and calendars. Sometimes the security at the gate asks a lot of questions to visitors, but that’s just how Brahma Sun City is. We aren't flashy or corporate in the way we talk. We just do the legwork to find the staff that companies are asking for.
