Fincorp operates as an associate of ICICI HFC and we have our setup in Pune. We aren't in a commercial tower or a business park. Instead we work out of Flat No B 2 13 1 in the Radha Krishna Residency. This is in Anand Nagar right on Sinhgad Road. It is a residential area so it feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. We handle housing finance and related work from here. Being part of a residential complex means we are close to the people we often help. It is a quiet spot most of the time except for the usual road noise from Sinhgad Road. We have our desks set up in the flat and it keeps our overheads low which is good. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their loan applications and make sure the documents are in order for the bank. It is honest work and we have been at this location for a while now. Neighbors know us and sometimes they drop in to ask questions. It is a very local way of doing business. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department.
